BOKO HARAM VICTIM'S DEAD BODIES FOUND WITH throats slit, scattered under a bridge,

Soldiers from Niger and Chad who liberated the Nigerian town of Damasak from Boko Haram militants have discovered the bodies of at least 70 people, many with their throats slit, scattered under a bridge, a Reuters witness said.
In what appeared to be an execution site for the Islamist group, the bodies were strewn beneath the concrete bridge on one of the main roads leading out of the town. At least one was decapitated.
The bodies were partially mummified by the dry desert air, while grass has began to grow around the corpses, suggesting that the killings had taken place some time ago.
Boko Haram has killed thousands of people in a six-year insurgency aimed at establishing an Islamic caliphate in northeast Nigeria. Damasak was seized by the Islamist group in November but recaptured by troops from Niger and Chad on Saturday as part of a multinational effort to wipe out the militants.
Chadian soldiers, who said the bodies were discovered on Thursday, spoke of at least 100 corpses in the area around the dry river bed. A Reuters witness was able to count at least 70.
A strong smell of decomposition in many parts of town suggested there could be more bodies concealed there, the Reuters witness said.
A trail of blackened blood was visible along the side of the bridge facing the bodies, suggesting they had been thrown off the side after being killed. Among the dead was the imam of the town.
All but around 50 of the town's residents had fled by the time Damasak was recaptured. Those who remained were mostly too old or too sick to leave.
"People were in town when they (Boko Haram) attacked, they fired at us, we ran away to the bushes but they continued to fire and chased some people to kill them," said Damasak resident Mbodou Moussa.
Chad's military spokesman Colonel Azem Bermandoa said the Chadians had asked Nigeria's military to occupy the town, which lies close to the border with Niger, and would remain there until Nigerian troops arrived.
The regional offensive was launched this year with Chad, Niger and Cameroon as Nigeria, Africa's most populous country and biggest economy, prepares for presidential elections on March 28.
At the start of this year, Boko Haram controlled around 20 local government areas, a territory the size of Belgium. With the help of its foreign allies, Nigeria's army said on Tuesday it had pushed the rebels out of all but three districts.
On Thursday, however, two security sources told Reuters that Boko Haram had killed at least 10 people in the town of Gamburu, on the border with Cameroon, demonstrating it can still attack civilians despite being forced into retreat.
President Goodluck Jonathan has been criticized for not doing enough to tackle the insurgency. His challenger Muhammadu Buhari has campaigned on a reputation for toughness gained when he was military ruler of Nigeria in the 1980s.

15Food to avoid before having sex
A lot of relationship and family have died due to the strong desire for sexual achievement and satisfaction in it time , this has given me so much concern so that's why I have taken out time to research on improvement method that could help those in need to be able to perform their normal duty as a real man and also have confident on their partner .
I am sure you will be happy soon
1, Black liquorice
Liquorice intake has been linked to lower testosterone levels. The stronger the testosterone, the stronger the sexual desire, for both men and women, so maybe best not to have this as a sweet treat.
2. Cheese
Dairy generally is a libido killer. For many dairy is congesting and mucus-producing, so not the ideal way to feel before sex!
3. Beans
'For some they'll feel full of energy after a bean-filled meal, for others they may feel sluggish or at worst bloated and even an increase in flatulence, so best avoided,' she explained.
4. Chocolate
Choose your chocolate carefully as not all chocs are bad. Go for dark chocolate that contains a minimum of 70 per cent  cocoa, as it will be the most nutritious way to consume this delicious, sensual food!
'Dark chocolate is naturally high in many antioxidants, choose raw for the highest possible levels of naturally occurring nutrients. Chocolate is rich in L-tryptophan, which is a precursor to serotonin.
5. Hot dogs
The high saturated content of hot dogs can clog up the vaginal and penile arteries, making this the least romantic handheld treat around.
'All processed foods are a no for libido. Hot dogs are a very processed food in an overly processed bun that provides very little nutrition. Think about how you feel eating something like this.
'You may feel sluggish and low in energy – not good for feeling sexy.
6. Peppermint
The menthol in peppermint has been shown to reduce testosterone levels, sending your sex drive plummeting. And while bad breath is a turn off, definitely do not chew gum as chewing brings more air into your system, making you prone to burp.
7. Tonic Water
This often contains quinine which is used as a flavouring agent in tonic water and some other beverages.
'Quinine has been used as an anti-malarial agent, but it's been linked to a decrease in sexual function, so avoid before sex.
8. French fries
Again an overly processed food, that has a very high glycaemic index, meaning that this food releases its energy very quickly into our systems
'You may feel initially good on eating them, but pretty soon after, your energy levels will quickly slump, leaving you feeling low,' the nutritionist said.
'Plus you may not feel well if they've been cooked in bad quality oil, which may cause you to feel sluggish and even indigestion – all libido killers!
9. Red meat
It depends how you feel individually after eating meat. For some, it will energise them, providing them with iron, which will increase oxygenation throughout the body.
For some people red meat itself may make them feel more 'animal'.
For others, if they don't have good digestive function, or 'fire', then red meat may sit heavily in them, making them feel lethargic. So it depends on the individual.
10. Tofu
Tofu and soya products contain phytoestrogens, and eaten in excess, soy can decrease testosterone levels, so steer clear of tofu to keep your sexual desire high.
11. Canned food
Processed food, suspended in time, there for the long haul, but providing little nutritional value, plus energetically 'dead' food. This definitely won't increase your vitality, nor your sex life!
12. Red wine
In moderation red wine may increase blood flow, whilst relaxing you and lowering your inhibitions. But only have it in small amounts, as you don't want to overdo it!
13. Oatmeal
May be good for you by helping to lower stress levels, and this is a roundabout way may increase libido, but aside from keeping you full energy-wise, oatmeal won't directly increase your libido. Plus the high fiber content can lead to gassy feelings.
14. Energy drinks
These are often full of sugar and nasties such as artificial colours and flavours. They may give you an instant energy lift, which may increase endurance and stamina, but this may be short-lived.
15. Broccoli
While it can produce gas, broccoli is a wonderful vegetable that helps the body to naturally detoxify. 'Eating plenty of broccoli may have a positive effect on prostate health and may help prevent heart disease. A great food to eat to improve your hormonal health overall.'

After months of speculation (a lot of it quiteinsensitive) about Bruce Jenner's changing appearance, the Olympic gold medal winner is getting ready to speak out about his transition.
"Bruce is transitioning to a woman," a source close to the Kardashian-Jenner family confirms to People. "He is finally happy, and his family is accepting of what he's doing. He's in such a great space."
Jenner has come out to friends and family and was apparently calm when he sat down with his kids to discuss his decision. "Bruce told them everything — where things stood and what his plans were for the future, what everyone could expect," says the family source. "Everyone basically knew what was up, but it was still a shock to hear it outlined so explicitly."
Bruce has six children from his three marriages: son Burt, 36, and daughter Casey, 34, from his first marriage to Chrystie Crownover; sons Brandon, 33, and Brody, 31, from his second marriage to actress Linda Thompson; and Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17, from his most recent to Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner. Bruce also considers himself father to Kris's four children, Kourtney, 35, Kim, 34, Khloé, 30, and Rob, 27.
"The kids came around pretty quickly, but each of them had to process it in their own way," the insider continues. "They're trying to show him love and acceptance. All they want is for him to be happy."
The most shocked by Bruce's admission was reportedly Kris. "It's really a hard adjustment for her," shares a source in Bruce's inner circle. "Kris had the most difficult time in the family. She's looking back at their entire marriage, and a lot of things are suddenly making sense. She has had a lot to process."
"Kim went to Kris and asked her how she felt. They had a very long conversation about it," reveals the Kardashian insider. "Once Kim was satisfied that Kris was emotionally okay, she was able to give Bruce her unconditional support."

As for the men in the Kardashian clan, apparently Scott Disick "didn't react very well" at first, but "is now on board." Meanwhile, Kanye is "totally fine with it. He believes in live and let live, and he took it all in stride. He and Kim are just trying to show Bruce love and acceptance — complete acceptance."

Bruce and Kris announced their separation in Oct. 2013 after 22 years of marriage, and in the months that followed Jenner's changing appearance became evident. He started to grow out his hair and had a laryngeal shave to minimize his Adam's apple.
"No one feels deceived by Bruce," emphasizes the family source. "He was going through this change slowly. It's not like he woke up one day and was like, 'Surprise!' He moved through his own feelings and his own changes at his own pace."
Some in Jenner's camp tell the magazine that they've known for years Bruce was struggling with his gender identity. Behind close doors "he dressed as a woman," says a source. "It was always very closeted. He would have other people buy him [women's] clothes."
Sources tell People that Jenner remains attracted to women and hasn't shared whether he plans to change his name or have more surgery. "This is his story, and [his family] wants him to tell the world the way he wants… He's 65. That's a long time to keep something a secret." Sharing his truth has been like "laying down a bag of bricks… It's liberating. He's been through a dark period and is coming out on the other side."
Bruce will sit down with Diane Sawyer for an interview special that will air in May. Reportedly, filming will begin this week. He is also said to be taping a docu-series for E!, which is home toKeeping Up With the Kardashians

Buhari Shot Himself In The Foot without knowing

At some point it all looked like Gen. Buhari and his All Progressives Congress (APC) team would pose a deadly serious threat to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and wreck their chances of returning the incumbent President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to power come May 29. But all the early good works and concerted efforts to win the sympathy and support of the masses, and gain their votes have been undone, almost single-handedly by the party itself.
Buhari in Aba
Few weeks ago, it was safe to say that the winner of the February 14 Presidential election was anyone’s guess, bearing in mind that the two frontrunners in the elections were – and still are – neck-and-neck in terms of the number of core supporters they have been able to amass. Both, however, would have – and may still be – banking on the support of millions of undecided eligible Nigerian voters whose minds were yet to be made up on who to support and who not to support. Unfortunately, it now seems that the bulk of those erstwhile undecided voters are moving further away from the Progressives, if online sentiments and those in the streets are anything to go by.
I’ve come across several previously undecided voters, both online and offline, who are now almost certain that they will camp under the Umbrella. I went ahead to require of them what informed their decisions and almost all of them were united in their rationales for settling for the PDP. Assuming that I queried 50 persons about their reasons for shifting to the PDP, 45 of them told me that the APC and Muhammadu Buhari have played into the arms of the PDP.
Now, how has the APC and Major-General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) played into the hands of the People's Democratic Party?
The PDP in their campaign trails and in their online push for reelection have never failed to remind us of how intolerant of any form of opposition, ideological or otherwise, GMB has been. They went as far back as his 1983-85 military regime where he put a host of opposing voices behind bars to buttress their point. One would have expected that the general, as a seasoned and elite politician that he is, would in response guard his utterances and be more watchful of what he says or does in the public and to the media, but the reverse has so far been the case.
In a protest letter recently channeled through the legal director of the APC Presidential Campaign Organization, Chukwuma-Machukwu Ume (SAN), General Buhari threatened to file a lawsuit against the federal government-owned Nigerian Television Authority and the privately owned African Independent Television for what he described as “hate documentaries” against him that were aired in the tail end last month by the stations, unless they retract them and issue a formal apology. Such threats and disposition by an aspiring office holder (or even a serving office holder) are rather uncalled for in a democratic setting. The world over, leaders and politicians are scrutinized and castigated by the media on a daily basis and it’s seen as part of their obligations as watchdogs in the society.
If world leaders should file a lawsuit for every alleged calumny or supposed act of “hate” they've been subjected to, then the mountain of lawsuits that would be filed by the likes of Barack Obama, David Cameron, Vladimir Putin or even our very own Goodluck Jonathan will take several generations of humanity to tackle. These leaders are lampooned on a daily basis yet you rarely hear them threatening to sue anyone for it. His own case shouldn't be any different. So my advice to the General is that the sooner he develops a thick skin to withstand all the media "assault," the better for him, because he will be receiving a truckload of it should he eventually win.
In like manner, the leadership of the APC is doing their presidential and vice presidential aspirants and their image as a whole no good by backing out of a series of debates organized by different corporate bodies and organizations within the country in the run-up to the Valentine’s Day polls. Their no-show at the Nigerian Elections Debate Group (NEDG)’s Vice Presidential debates and their anticipated no-show at the presidential debates to be organized by the trio of the Newspaper Proprietors’ Association of Nigeria (NPAN), Arise News and ChannelsTV do nothing to gainsay the allegation leveled against them by the People’s Democratic Party of being fight shy of a public face-off in which they will have to tackle tough questions and defend their manifestos and party agenda before Nigerians.
Though the APC has come out to deny this allegation and have done their best to repudiate the "dodging theory" of the PDP by citing perceived bias on the part of the organizers of the debates as their reason for backing out, the average and neutral Nigerian on the streets is not buying it. The rebuttal has done very little to convince neutrals who are beginning to toe the PDP’s line. My advice to them is that they should vet their options and come up with a positive decision in time, before the election sets in.
For the sake of time and space, I will stop at these. These and many more PR missteps and political miscalculations have conspired to put the party in a precarious position and rob them of the people's goodwill which they once owned. In an election that will likely be decided by the undecided voters, the APC are fast losing speed and direction. Concerted efforts must be made to repair what has already been damaged and put their push for the country's top job back on track, else they run the risk of losing by a wide margin at the poll.

Nigerian Army Storm Sambisa Forest

Nigerian troops have finally bombed Boko Haram’s notorious hideout in Sambisa Forest, the Hausa service of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reports.
The attack was launched as a part of actions to suppress the Boko Haram terrorists.
Maj-Gen Chris Olukolade, the director of defense information, told the journalists that the army had been attacking the forest and other hideouts of the terror group since Monday night.
The military used its war drones to reach some of the Boko Haram camps in the northeast but there was no information about casualties on either side. The army said that they are still dedicated to protecting the civilian population at whatever cost.
Olukolade said: “We are still committed in ensuring that we degrade their ability to continue their activities and eventually eliminate them.”
The mission is on. There are no allowing terrorists anywhere. As many times as they come, it will only give us the opportunity to decimate them.”
It was learnt that troops of the Nigerian army, under instruction to raid Sambisa Forest in Borno State with a view to ending the years of Boko Haram insurgency, have started bombarding the borders of the forest near Adamawa state.
Sources close to the area have confirmed that aerial bombing started yesterday.
According to a soldier, who is serving with the 7th Division and confirmed the information, but asked not to be named, “special forces have been mobilised from different part of the country, especially the 81st Battalion, to Yola over the weekend and the operation starts today (Monday).”
What people may have heard or seen today may not be unconnected with the operation. They have to do the bombardment of the forest starting from the fringes before the artillery troops would begin to advance. But be rest assured that before the end of this week the forest as well as many communities under the control of Boko Haram would be reclaimed”.
The soldier said he himself and most of his colleagues were happy with the United Nations decision to constitute an international joint task force to fight the Boko Haram insurgents.
On Saturday, Chadian forces recaptured the northeastern Nigerian town of Gamboru-Ngala after a fierce battle with Boko Haram that involved a ground and air campaign.
Gamboru-Ngala, about 145 kilometres east of Maiduguri, was captured by Boko Haram last year.
A soldier involved in the operation said Chadian forces were working under the African Union agreement to help Nigeria in its fight against Boko Haram.
The Borno state governor, Kashim Shettima, has recently disclosed that the over 200 school girls abducted from Chibok, Borno, by Boko Haram are still alive and being held in Sambisa Forest.
Additionally, Boko Haram survivors recently told how they had escaped from Sambisa forest, where the insurgents were located.

BOKO HARAM CONTINUE KILLINGS IN NIGERIA

Over 500 Boko Haram Insurgents Killed In MaiduguriThe heavy shooting between members of the Boko Haram and the Nigerian troops in the city of Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, have stopped leaving At least 500 persons mostly Boko Haram terrorists dead.
The spokesperson of the Defense Headquarters, Major General Chris Olukolade, said the insurgents flee in disarray towards different directions – Bama, Ngom, Alou, Delwa and Mafa – but have been effectively contained while a mop up operation is ongoing.
“The terrorists incurred massive casualty,” Mr. Olukolade said. “The situation is calm as mopping up operation in the affected area is ongoing.”
He said several weapons and ammunition including two armoured vehicles, two artillery guns and 17 Hilux vehicles were captured from the insurgents in the attack.
Affected areas have also been recovered by the military as patrol and pursuit of fleeing insurgents continued in coordination with allied forces of the Multinational Joint Task Force, MNJTF.
“The terrorists are meant to be engaged in all fronts including their previous safe havens and hideouts in the region,” he said, adding that wounded soldiers are being treated.
The attack lasted for several hours on Sunday morning with residents remaining indoors. The insurgents were confronted by soldiers and members of the local vigilante, called Civilian-JTF. A security source and vigilante members had said hundreds of the insurgents were killed in the attack.
It will be recalled that according to Yahoo news, two blasts rocked Gombe yesterday, killing five people, with one of the attacks targeting a military checkpoint, witnesses and a military source said.
In the same vein, an unidentified suicide bomber allegedly entered the residence of a PDP politician and detonated an explosive device in his house in Potiskum, Yobe State, killing 6 people in the process.
