Chris Brown is a free man again after languishing behind bars for 108 days. Now, the "Loyal" star has vowed to remain cleaned up and will never ever return to that cell camp again.

Sources close to Chris say the singer is making a Lindsay-Lohan-type pledge - to stay away from drugs and bad people, especially those connected to gangs.

Brown seems to be blaming part of his problems on the people with whom he was hanging out with too often.  But he's also acknowledging his problems with violence were largely of his own making.  Doctors believe his erratic behaviour was largely the result ofbipolarity and Breezy is currently on meds and doctors say he's now stabilized.

Brown says his singular focus now is music and he has privately told his label he will not screw up again. Remember, we reported that he said Rihanna is all gone and making good music and money are his major priorities.

Well, we all bet time will tell ...
