Who makes the most difficult decisions? Who do people blame for the biggest matters?

If you want to be at a high level in life you have to learn to make the hard decisions.
For example, should you enjoy chicken every week or would you rather manage titus fish so you can make some investment in yourself?
Would you manage a smaller apartment so you can save enough money to set up your business?
Your ability to make the tough choices in your circumstance will determine how much and how fast you improve your life.
